The demo database that you will be seeing later on was designed to resemble what users were used to seeing, a meeting book.

The following are scanned in images taken from an actual meeting book. These images were used when designing the Web page for the Meeting list database. The idea was that those folks that were used to seeing a paper meeting booklet would feel right at home when the went to the Web site. Those who were not used to the meeting book, would feel right at home once they went to the meeting as obtained a paper copy of the meeting lists. Please understand that this page is NOT output from the Web database. It is simply a "fuzzed out copy" if you will, of the meeting booklet provided by the area Central Service Office. Shown here is a view of the Meeting Codes used in the booklet and the first page of listed Meetings.

Remember, these images are only here to show you the format (not content) of how the meeting booklet compared with demo Web site. The view of the Web database (to be shown later, is extremely consistent with meeting booklet currently in use.
